Writer's Atelier is a project that was started by Writer and Editor, Racquel Henry. We offer live classes in the Orlando area and manuscript consulting for fiction writers. We also offer online classes and workshops. If you've always wanted to write fiction or sharpen your fiction writing skills then our fiction classes may be for you.
Our fiction classes are for writers at all stages. Whether you're looking to break into fiction, have never written anything but would like to try your hand at writing fiction, or you've been writing fiction informally and would like to learn more about the craft, you'll find our classes rewarding.
Writers who wish to receive feedback from the instructor may send inquiries to the email address below.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Can anyone take the class?
Yes. The class is open to anyone and any writer with an interest or passion for fiction.
2. What can I expect in terms of feedback?
I also offer individualized feedback to students who want extra attention. My rates are lower than most writing professionals in the area. I'm very honest when responding to students' work. I'll respond with ways you may be able to improve your writing/fiction. For more details on what I look for, see the Writer's Atelier Manuscript Consulting tab.
3. How much time is required?
Class times vary. It is up to the student to assess the amount of time they are willing to dedicate to the craft.
